Role Overview As a Porter, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation across all of our areas and catering facilities. Our porters are instrumental in the effective movement of stock, who share our energy and passion and who will contribute to the delivery of exceptional beverage service. Keeping our bars well stocked, your main task will be to move stock - kegs, casks, barrels, cases and gas cylinders, as well assisting with set up and clear down of beverage areas. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all health & safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed Assist with deliveries, stock movement, and storage procedures Replenish cleaning supplies Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH regulations Keep areas and equipment clean and tidy at all times ⭐ Essential Requirements Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required Understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards Physically capable of carrying out manual handling tasks Desirable Experience Knowledge of food hygiene and working safety procedures Experience working within hospitality, or contract catering environments Apply Now: Be part of something spectacular this season.
