Constellation Platinum is looking for experienced bartenders, bar staff and bar team leaders to join our premium hospitality teams at Cheltenham Racecourse for the 2026/27 racing season. You'll be working across hospitality lounges, restaurants, private boxes and members' bars, representing one of the most prestigious racecourses in the UK. What we're looking for Previous bar experience minimum of one year is essential Confident communicating with guests and colleagues Friendly, engaging and naturally customer focused Enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude Able to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods High standards of presentation and professionalism Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Aged 18 Additional requirements for Bar Team Leaders Previous supervisory or team leader experience Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Strong communication and organisational skills Experience delivering high standards in busy hospitality environments Availability Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates must be available for at least 80% of the Cheltenham Racecourse race dates throughout the season.
