Chef de Partie - Join Our Growing Team (from £17.14 p/h) We're looking for passionate Chef de Parties to work in Birmigham From premium hospitality and fine dining to banqueting and street food concepts, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Run your section confidently during service. Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards. Support the wider kitchen team during busy services. Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards. Deliver quality, consistency and attention to detail. About You Previous experience of at least a year as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress. Solid culinary knowledge and practical cooking skills. Confident working independently within your section. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Positive, reliable and able to perform under pressure. DBS required.
