Constellation, part of Compass Group, is looking for CHEFS OF ALL LEVELS to join our culinary team! If you’re passionate about providing legendary dining experiences and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
- Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Enjoy your work, smile and have fun!
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as chef is preferable.
- Confidence and professionalism when dealing with colleagues and guests.
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Availability throughout the football season (August 2025–May 2026) desirable.
- Experience in large-scale venues is an advantage, but not essential — enthusiasm and great service matter most!
Working Hours
This is a zero-hour contract. While this role is based at Burnley FC, Constellation optimises schedules across over 5,000 venues nationwide, so you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts that suit you.
