Bristol, BS16 7FE ⏰ Available Shifts: 7:00am–12:30pm or 1:30pm–7:30pm Constellation is recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join our catering team at a busy distribution centre in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional catering environment, supporting kitchen operations and delivering quality food, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts across the wider Compass portfolio , including weekends and events. ️ Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Prepare and deliver high-quality food Help manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation Support and supervise the kitchen team during service Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety Follow food safety, allergen management and Health & Safety procedures ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role Level 2 Food Safety qualification (minimum requirement) Strong knowledge of food hygiene, safety and allergens Good leadership, organisation and communication skills A reliable, positive and professional approach Why Join Constellation?
