Lead Premium Hospitality at Birmingham City FC! Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking to be part of one of the most exciting matchday environments in the country? Join Constellation, part of the Levy UK family, as a Hospitality Manager at Birmingham City FC and help deliver exceptional experiences for thousands of guests on every matchday.

We're looking for passionate and experienced Front of House and Back of House Hospitality Managers who can lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence and deliver first-class hospitality across our premium lounges, restaurants and hospitality areas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing front and/or back of house hospitality operations on matchdays and events.
  • Leading, motivating and supporting hospitality teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Overseeing the smooth delivery of multiple hospitality service styles throughout the day.
  • Working closely with chefs, retail teams and operational managers to ensure seamless service.
  • Managing staffing levels, service standards and operational performance.
  • Supporting stock control, compliance and financial accountability within your area.
  • Ensuring exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Ensuring all company and unit policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for:

  • You must be aged 18 or over.
  • Previous hospitality management experience within a stadium or arena is essential.
  • A minimum of one year's hospitality management experience.
  • A thorough understanding of all hospitality service styles, including corporate hospitality, fine dining, buffets, bowl food, canapé service and premium lounges.
  • Proven experience managing both front of house and/or back of house hospitality teams.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, make decisions and lead teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.

This is a Casual Matchday Position. This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Birmingham City FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available. Availability for the following fixtures is essential: Friday 31st July, Saturday 22nd August and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
