Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional fine dining service to guests in premium hospitality environments. Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and maintain service standards throughout each event. Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, personalised experience. Maintain excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and presentation at all times. Work closely with managers, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery. What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 12 months' experience as a waiter within a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or silver service environment is a must. ✅Aged 18 and able to commit to at least 80% of matchdays across the season ✅ Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations. ✅Has excellent knowledge of food and service standards within a fine dining environment ✅Strong wine knowledge (pairing, presentation, pouring) ✅Is comfortable recommending dishes and pairing drinks ✅Has a genuine passion for hospitality ✅Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail ✅Is reliable, organised and a positive team player ✅ Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach. ✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. ✅Comfortable with long periods of walking and standing ✅ Availability to work evenings and weekends. ⚽ MATCHDAYS: To be considered, you must be available for at least 80% of key fixtures during the 2026/27 season (August–May, subject to change): ASTON VILLA – HOME FIXTURES 2026/27 31 AUG – vs Arsenal 12 SEP – vs Nottingham Forest 10 OCT – vs Brentford 24 OCT – vs Manchester City 1 NOV – vs Fulham 21 NOV – vs Sunderland 2 DEC – vs Everton 5 DEC – vs Crystal Palace 26 DEC – vs Leeds United 30 DEC – vs Liverpool 16 JAN – vs Manchester United 30 JAN – vs Ipswich Town 10 FEB – vs AFC Bournemouth 27 FEB – vs Chelsea 13 MAR – vs Hull City 10 APR – vs Brighton & Hove Albion 24 APR – vs Coventry City 15 MAY – vs Newcastle United 30 MAY – vs Tottenham Hotspur Outside of these dates, you can pick up additional shifts across our wider portfolio to boost your hours while maintaining flexibility around your availability.
