Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Mon-Fri 7-3.
You must have all the relevant cookery qualifications: City & Guilds / &06/1 & 2 NVQ in date level 3. Allergen awareness, a can-do attitude, and willingness to help the team (wash up etc.) are essential. Own whites and safety shoes are required.
Main Responsibilities
- Based in a busy kitchen, your main tasks will be to prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
- Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
- Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
- Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
We are looking for Sous Chefs with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food. Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
