Constellation is looking for experienced bartenders to support and grow our exclusive front of house team at various venues across Scotland. Venues include Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) and more! We are looking for confident candidates who have great hospitality skills and enthusiasm to match! Your responsibilities will include: Efficiency: Working efficiently to prepare and serve a variety of drinks in a timely manner, even during busy periods, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests, taking drink orders and provide a personalised guest experience. Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness and organisation at the venue throughout service. Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with our front of house team and other staff members to ensure smooth service and exceed guest expectations. Time Keeping: Punctuality is key, arriving on time shows reliability and respect for your role and team. We\’re looking for bartenders who are: Experienced: Previous experience in a bartending role in a fast-paced bar or restaurant. An understanding of fine dining food terminology & menu descriptions. Passionate: A genuine passion for hospitality, with a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. Personable: Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing, and able to connect with guests of all backgrounds and ages.
