Experienced Barista – Bristol (BS34 7QE) ☕ Looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly catering team in Bristol! If you love making great coffee, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. ⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:00pm Role Responsibilities ☕ Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and hot drinks using bean-to-cup machines. Deliver friendly, professional customer service and ensure customers have a great experience. Assist with food preparation and service when required. Keep counters, equipment and service areas clean, tidy and hygienic. Replenish stock, cups, mugs and other supplies throughout the day. Check coffee machines and equipment are working correctly. Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods. Requirements Previous Barista experience is essential. Confident preparing a variety of coffees and operating bean-to-cup machines. Able to work quickly and remain calm under pressure. Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality. Excellent timekeeping and a commitment to high standards. Comfortable standing and moving around throughout the shift. Why Join Us?
