What Youβll Be Doing:
As a Supervisor, youβll be the driving force behind our retail and bar operations on event days, leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service to thousands of fans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team across food and bar kiosks with energy and confidence
- Ensuring high standards of food safety and allergen compliance
- Overseeing stock control, food prep, and customer flow
- Handling complaints and administering refunds efficiently
- Supporting team training and development
- Completing event paperwork with accuracy
Proven supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or fast food
Confidence in leading teams under pressure
Outstanding communication and time management skills
Food hygiene knowledge and food preparation experience
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a calm, professional presence
Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to energise those around you
