Constellation are currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Bar Staff to join the team at The Fire Service College, located in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional hospitality environment supporting trainees, staff, and visitors on site.

About the Role

As a member of the Hospitality Bar Staff team, you will help deliver excellent customer service within the college bar and hospitality areas. You will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining clean and welcoming facilities, and ensuring guests receive a professional and friendly experience. The successful candidate will be reliable, personable, and able to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and responsibly
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and visitors
  • Operate tills and process cash/card payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and hospitality areas
  • Restock bar supplies, glassware, and beverages as required
  • Follow licensing laws and age-verification procedures
  • Assist with the setup and service of hospitality events and functions
  • Ensure all health safety and food hygiene standards are followed
  • Work collaboratively with catering and hospitality teams
  • Support closing and opening procedures of the bar area
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
