The Role As Bar Manager, you are the anchor of the bar — the calm, composed, and charismatic presence who ensures every drink, every interaction, and every moment meets Platinum standards.
You will lead a premium bar team, deliver flawless cocktail and wine service, and create an atmosphere where guests feel valued, relaxed, and genuinely welcomed.

What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in premium bar management, mixology, cocktail bars, private members’ clubs, or high‑end restaurants.
Advanced cocktail and mixology skills — essential for The Aston .
Strong wine knowledge and confidence discussing flavour profiles, spirits, and pairings.
A calm, grounded temperament with excellent decision‑making under pressure.
Natural charisma and emotional intelligence when interacting with VIPs, corporate clients, and high‑profile guests.
Ability to lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and presentation.
Excellent communication and team‑motivation skills.
