We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Bristol office.

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will provide a professional front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through administrative and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure all visitors comply with site procedures.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate meeting schedules.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, scanning, and record management.
- Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments.
- Support facilities management activities and liaise with external suppliers where necessary.
- Process general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

- Essential Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
