Responsibilities
- Serve up slick service and top-notch drinks to our VIP guests
- Keep calm and confident under pressure (especially when the queues start building!)
- Bring great energy and a smile to every shift

- Preferably have experience in fine dining or bartending (but if you’re a fast learner with a great attitude, we still want to hear from you!)
You must be 18+ and comfortable on your feet for most of your shift - it’s an active role with lots of walking, shaking, pouring, and smiling!

Experienced Hospitality Bartenders needed for our December 19th Match - Swansea v Wrexham, and our New Years Day 1st January 2026 Match - Swansea v West Brom - as well as the rest of our Football Season 25/26! Fancy mixing it up in the world of VIP Hospitality? We’re on the lookout for charismatic Bartenders and Mixologists to join the beating heart of our matchday and weekday hospitality team at Swansea City AFC. At the Swansea.com Stadium, one of Wales’ most iconic sporting venues, you’ll serve up unforgettable experiences (and cocktails!) to our guests - from buzzing matchdays to exclusive events. Every shift brings something new, and you choose when to work - whether in Swansea, Cardiff, or other exciting venues further afield!
