What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting dishes to menu specifications, maintaining the highest culinary standards.
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Supporting and mentoring new team members with positive, respectful coaching.
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about great food and thrive under pressure. You’ll ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie.
- Relevant professional catering qualifications.
- Experience within high-volume catering or hospitality environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
