Come and join us at Swansea.com stadium for our 24/25 & 25/26 football season! Do you want a rewarding role in the events industry? We are looking for Catering Team Leaders to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams at Swansea.com Stadium in one of our Food Outlets.
Working Hours
We are looking for staff to join us for all home fixtures at Swansea.com stadium where shifts are typically 6-7 hours long. Once registered with Constellation you will also have opportunities to work across all other venues in the local area such as Cardiff City FC and the Principality Stadium and many other further afield if you wish!
Role responsibilities
- Supervision of a Busy Food Outlet and the Team, delegating responsibilities accordingly
- Good communication and delivering an effective staff briefing to your team ready for the day ahead
- Overseeing the Cook with food production for your Food Outlet which may serve hot dogs, pies, chips, burgers etc.
- Overseeing your area regarding stock control, food preparation, time management etc.
- Being super organised and able to multi-task
- Ensuring your area of work has its allergen information ready to go
- Assist with staff training and development to maintain to the highest standard
- Swiftly resolving customer service complaints
- Administering refunds correctly
- Completion of match day paperwork on our Paperless Software.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience required within the Catering/Fast-food sector working with Food Service and Production
- Experience with Self Ordering Units (SOU) desired but not a necessity
- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
- Enthusiastic & energetic personality
- Empathic and understanding of others
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
