Working within exclusive hospitality areas, you will deliver a personalized and seamless guest experience across football fixtures, concerts, NFL games, and world-class live events.

Role

As part of the Platinum Hospitality team, you will provide attentive, discreet, and proactive service from guest arrival through departure, maintaining the highest standards across food and beverage service, guest interaction, and overall presentation within luxury hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Presence – maintain upright posture, controlled movement, and immaculate grooming.
  • Guest Interaction – address guests politely and formally using titles; communication refined, calm, and discreet.
  • Service Awareness – anticipate guest needs through observation.
  • Food & Beverage Service – place plates and beverages with precision and confidence, using correct service side as instructed; service silent, smooth, and coordinated.
  • Synchronized Service – execute service simultaneously on the team leader's visual cue without verbal communication.
  • Match Day Conduct – absolute discretion, remain calm under pressure, uphold highest standards of professionalism reflective of Tottenham Hotspur's environment.

Compensation
