Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. These roles will be for a variety of shifts across the working week; from Mon-Fri daytime business events, to weekend weddings, to midweek & weekend evening event shifts.
Main Responsibilities
- Working within our busy venues, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- As Waiting staff you will be designated a number of tables to look after as part of the busy front of house team.
- As a Bartender, you will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Skills / Qualifications
- Possess good experience of Waiting and / or Bartender skills gained within a hotel, restaurant, conference & events or wedding locations.
- Have a positive "can-do" attitude with a keen willingness to learn & expand your service skills.
- Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
- Have & maintain excellent personal presentation throughout a busy shift.
