From the roar of the crowd to the excitement of kick-off, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes, helping to keep our kitchens running smoothly and ensuring our catering teams can deliver an exceptional matchday experience for thousands of Wolves supporters.
We're looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porters to support our busy catering operation on matchdays. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced stadium environment as part of a friendly and supportive kitchen team.
What you'll be doing:
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas clean, organised and safe.
- Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with basic food preparation when required.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste in line with company procedures.
- Receiving, moving and storing deliveries safely.
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed to the highest standard.
- Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service throughout the event.
- Following all company policies relating to Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
What we're looking for:
- You must be aged 18 or over.
- You must be comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served and handled.
- Previous Kitchen Porter or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- A positive attitude and flexibility to support the wider catering operation.
This is a Casual Matchday Position
This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Molineux Stadium throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.
Availability for the following fixtures is essential:
- 1st August - 5pm KO
- Sat 29th Aug - 12.30pm KO
- Wed 9th Sept - 7.45pm KO
- Sunday 20th Sept - 12pm KO
…and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.
