Hospitality Bar Team Leader at Molineux Stadium, home of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.

We’re looking for confident, experienced leaders to take ownership of one of our premium hospitality bars, ensuring outstanding service for guests while leading and supporting your team throughout every matchday and event.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and managing a dedicated hospitality bar and bar team during matchdays and events.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service within premium hospitality suites and lounges.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your bar team, supporting, motivating and guiding colleagues throughout service.
  • Providing excellent guest service and resolving queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensuring your bar is fully stocked, organised and ready for service at all times.
  • Monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment requirements promptly.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of all drinks offerings including beers, wines, spirits, champagnes, cocktails and alcohol‑free options.
  • Ensuring correct glassware, garnishes and premium presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Supervising cash handling and till procedures where required.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and bar presentation.
  • Ensuring all company and venue policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for

  • You must be aged

18 or over .

  • Previous experience managing or supervising a bar team is essential.
  • Minimum

1 year bar supervisory or leadership experience .

  • Previous experience in premium hospitality environments such as stadiums, hotels, restaurants, corporate hospitality or event venues is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, stock control and service flow.
  • Excellent understanding of beers, wines, spirits, premium drinks, glassware, garnishes and 0% alcohol options.
  • Confident, approachable and hands‑on leadership style.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, make decisions and lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering first‑class hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
  • This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a flexible, casual role offering opportunities to work throughout the football season at Molineux Stadium and other premium events where available.

Availability for the following fixtures is essential

  • 1st August - 5pm KO
  • Wed 9th Sept - 7.45pm KO
  • Sunday 20th Sept - 12pm KO

…and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.
