This role is for the remainder of the 2025 racing season and applicants must be able to commit to all remaining race dates:

- We are looking for hospitality professionals who are confident and experienced in:
- Waiting tables
- Food running
- Till/POS operations
- Catering assistant duties
Previous experience in all of these areas is essential.
You must have a friendly, approachable, and confident personality, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with guests.
Role Overview
As part of the Constellation team, you will help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across restaurants, hospitality suites, bars, and public catering areas throughout the racecourse.
This is a varied role where you'll be expected to work across multiple front of house functions, adapting to the needs of the event and supporting your team to deliver seamless service.
Duties May Include
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Waiting tables and serving food and beverages
- Running food efficiently and accurately from kitchen to guest
- Taking orders and processing payments using POS/till systems
- Assisting with catering and food preparation duties
- Preparing and clearing tables
- Maintaining clean, organised, and well-presented work areas
- Supporting colleagues across hospitality areas to ensure smooth service
- Working effectively in busy, high-volume event environments
