We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team on an ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and reliable chef looking for consistent work with structured shift patterns.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintaining kitchen efficiency, hygiene, and consistency while supporting junior team members when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
  • Assist in stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Support and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Shift Patterns Available

  • Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, Monday – Thursday
  • Night Shifts: 8:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Successful candidates must complete one day shift as part of induction)
