Role Overview:
As part of the Constellation team, you will help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across our bars, restaurants, and hospitality areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Take orders and process payments via POS systems
- Prepare and clear tables
- Maintain clean and organised work areas
- Prepare simple food and hot drinks
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service
- Adapt to busy, high-energy event environments
Key Qualities:
- A positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous hospitality or cash-handling experience is a bonus!
