Constellation is recruiting for Test Week at Edgbaston Cricket! We’re looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Bar & Waiting staff and Retail Till Operators & Pourers to join our team for 9th–13th September.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work EVERY DAY from 9th–13th September
  • Must be 18+
  • Must be able to handle alcohol

THE ROLE - RETAIL:

  • Serve food & beverages to cricket fans
  • Operate tills and process customer payments
  • Pour and serve drinks efficiently
  • Provide friendly, fast-paced customer service
  • Work as part of a busy stadium hospitality team

THE ROLE - HOSPITALITY:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a high-quality hospitality experience to guests within corporate and premium hospitality areas.
  • Bar Service: Serve drinks confidently and efficiently, maintaining excellent standards during busy match days and events.
  • Food & Table Service: Deliver food and beverages professionally while ensuring guests receive attentive and friendly service.
  • Thrive Under Pressure: Work effectively as part of a team during high-volume periods, including busy match days, weekends and Christmas events.
  • Create a Great Guest Experience: Represent Constellation and Edgbaston with a professional, positive attitude and help make every guest's visit memorable.

Hospitality/Retail experience is ideally preferred, but NOT essential! We’re looking for people with a great attitude who are reliable, energetic and ready to get stuck in.
