The Legends Lounge is our premium hospitality space at The Stoop, welcoming a diverse range of guests on every matchday. We are committed to delivering a high-end dining experience, combining exceptional food, premium drinks and outstanding service to create a memorable experience for every guest.
Working Hours
WE ARE LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS TO WORK AT LEAST 8 SHIFTS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON & ATTEND OUR TRAINING DAY, WEDNESDAY 7TH OCTOBER 2027

As part of the Legends Lounge team, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional premium hospitality experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding table service within a premium hospitality environment
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages in line with agreed service standards and timings
- Anticipating guests’ needs and providing proactive service, including refilling water, clearing tables and offering additional drinks
- Maintaining clean, tidy and well-presented tables throughout service
- Paying close attention to detail and ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
- Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Communicating confidently and professionally with both guests and colleagues
- Remaining calm, professional and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for every guest
Requirements
We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent service.
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working within a premium hospitality or high-end service environment
- Excellent reliability and punctuality, with a strong team ethic
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards
- A CV is required as part of the application process
- Over the age of 18
