Role Overview
We’re looking for confident and experienced Retail Team Leaders to oversee one or multiple kiosks on busy matchdays, leading teams to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-energy stadium environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate kiosk teams across Molineux Stadium on matchdays.
- Oversee one or multiple retail kiosks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support and guide till operators, food & drink staff, and retail team members during service.
- Manage customer flow, queues and service standards during peak periods.
- Ensure cash handling and till procedures are completed accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment where required.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Act as the key point of contact for operational issues and resolve them quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all company and unit policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
- Availability
Essential availability for the following fixtures: 14 August, 29 August, 8 September, 19 September and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.
Qualifications
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Previous experience working in a stadium or arena retail kiosk is essential.
- Strong understanding of matchday retail operations and service flow.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable.
- Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- A positive, hands‑on approach and willingness to support wherever needed.
