Constellation Careers is seeking a Sous Chef for a busy kitchen in the LE15 9QE area. Working in school term time with flexible seven-day rotation, you will be supported by system training to accelerate your Constellation career and enjoy comprehensive perks.
Shifts run 6:30am–2:00pm or 12:00pm–7:00pm, with some days longer. You will lead by example in hygiene, menu standards and teamwork, coaching new members as required. Training is provided.
