We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident Bartenders & Mixologists to join our Hospitality Team at Swansea City AFC’s Swansea.com Stadium!

Whether you’re fitting shifts around studies, another job or your other commitments, you can choose when you’re available to work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be at the heart of the action, bringing great drinks, great service and great energy to every shift.
- Shake, pour and serve drinks with confidence, speed and a smile.
- Deliver standout service to VIPs, corporate guests and hospitality customers.
- Keep the bar flowing during busy periods while maintaining excellent standards.
- Be a brilliant teammate, supporting your colleagues and keeping the energy positive.
- Make every guest feel welcome, helping create memorable experiences from the first drink to the final whistle.
- Keep standards high, maintaining a clean, professional and well-presented bar.
Previous bartending, mixology or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in premium hospitality or fine dining. But personality matters too! If you’re reliable, enthusiastic, quick to learn and passionate about great service, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: Applicants must be aged 18+ due to licensing regulations. This is an active, hands-on role, so expect plenty of walking, pouring, shaking and smiling!
