Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks and other chefs, to ensure smooth service. · Maintain high standards, ensuring that each dish meets the Venue’s quality and presentation guidelines. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen. · Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff. · In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. · Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
