Retail Team Leaders Required @ Watford FC - Over 18

Job Description Do you want to be part of a passionate and energetic team at Watford FC for the 26/27 season? /n /n We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our food & beverage team in leading out stadia kiosks during matchdays throughout the season. /n /n With busy kiosks, a minimum of 23 matchdays a season and plenty of other opportunities for casual work! /n /n If you thrive in a fast-paced, atmospheric environment where Watford FC takes centre stage, we’d love to hear from you! /n /n Key Responsibilities /n · Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 staff members. /n · Maintain equipment and report any issues. /n · Manage stock rotation, wastage, and stock takes. /n · Support EPOS operators with customer service and operational concerns. /n · Maintain security vigilance and adhere to See, Care, Share guidelines. /n · Ensure awareness of promotions, events, and bespoke requests. /n · Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards. /n · Conduct daily briefings and training where needed. /n · Adhere to Compass/Levy policies and procedures. /n /n Person Specification /n · Experience in a similar Bar / kiosk leadership role. /n · Strong under-pressure performance with a professional and approachable manner. /n · Excellent customer service and communication skills. /n · Knowledge of COSHH and EPOS systems (desirable). /n · Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. /n · Confidence in being YOU!
