We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Till Operators to join our Kiosk Team at Reading FC! Location: Select Car Leasing Stadium, RG2 0FL
Working Times: Approx. 4 hours per shift, Saturday match days, some midweek
Due to licensing laws and the sale of alcohol, all applicants must be 18+ years old.
As an integral member of the management team, you must be able to commit to the Reading FC home fixtures throughout the 2025/26 season.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating tills and handling card/cash payments with confidence
- Serving fans quickly and with a big matchday smile
- Keeping your kiosk area clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Working closely with your teammates to keep things moving during peak times
- Being the friendly face that fans remember after the final whistle
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
- Confidence handling payment transactions and working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who loves delivering great customer service
- Reliability and willingness to work on matchdays (including weekends)
