You will need a Standard DBS, cold food preparation experience, a long-sleeved black shirt, black trousers, and black safety shoes are essential. You also need a Standard DBS on the Update Service.

Main Responsibilities for Catering Assistants:- Being polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
- Communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Acting in line with guidance and procedures from the lead chef and/or room manager, to ensure the team operates to its maximum potential.
- Taking pride in your business and adhering to agreed standards with your team.
- Actively seeking to further knowledge and skills and improve personal performance.
- Complying with all company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Food safety, allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
- Demonstrating responsibility for your own health and safety.
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
