Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Any days Mon-Sun 0700-1430 sometimes nights are required also 2000-0200.

You must have all the Relevant Cookery Qualifications City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 in date Food Hygiene, Allergen awareness, your Own Whites & Safety Shoes. You will have a can do attitude and be prepared to assist the team with washing up.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
  • Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
  • Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

We are looking for Sous Chefs with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food. Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
