Constellation is recruiting friendly, energetic hospitality staff to join our team at the iconic Market Rasen Racecourse for the 2025 racing season. Whether you’re experienced or looking to build your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to work at a prestigious venue and be part of unforgettable race days.

Location: Legsby Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3EA. This is a remote location — applicants must have their own transport.

Applicants must be available to work some or all of the following race dates:

  • 3rd March
  • 15th March
  • 5th April
  • 14th April
  • 8th May
  • 28th May
  • 12th June
  • 19th June
  • 5th July
  • 18th July
  • 15th August
  • 26th September
  • 8th October

Additional dates may be available throughout the season.

We are recruiting for the following event-day positions; you must have prior experience in this role. You must have an experience, be chatty, approachable, and confident personality — excellent customer interaction is key in all roles.

Duties:

  • Providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently
  • Taking orders and processing payments via POS systems
  • Preparing and clearing tables
  • Maintaining clean and organised work areas
  • Preparing simple food and hot drinks
  • Working closely with teammates to ensure smooth service
  • Adapting to busy, high-energy event environments

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Previous hospitality or cash-handling experience is a bonus!
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have your own transport
