The Role
As a Matchday Kiosk Assistant, you will work on one of our concourse areas, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service
- Operating a till confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Occasionally working independently while maintaining service standards
- Contributing to a memorable and enjoyable matchday experience for all guests
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
