Are you an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading a team? We’re looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic Hospitality Front of House Floor Team Leader to join our team at Constellation @ Northampton Saints!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who can lead from the front, deliver exceptional service and ensure our guests have a fantastic matchday experience.

The Role
As a Front of House Floor Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our restaurant floor on matchdays, supporting the team and ensuring excellent service throughout the event.
You’ll be working in a busy restaurant environment catering for up to 200 guests, so confidence, organisation and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is essential.
- Confident taking customer orders and ensuring they are accurately communicated to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Experience working in a busy restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The confidence to oversee and support a Front of House team during busy service.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to remain calm, organised and positive under pressure.
- A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a stadium, events venue, pub or large restaurant environment would be highly desirable.
The Details
Location: Constellation @ Northampton Saints
Pay Rate: £13.94 per hour
Contract: Matchday only
Commitment: Must be available for and able to commit to all Northampton Saints home fixtures.
