Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks and other chefs, to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards, ensuring that each dish meets the venue's quality and presentation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
