Working Hours
This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. This is contract catering Mon‑Fri daytime hours.
You will need relevant cookery qualifications and Level 3 in‑date food hygiene, have a can‑do attitude, some washing up, serving on the counter will be involved. Own whites and safety shoes required.
Main Chef Responsibilities
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that levy standards and procedures are followed.
- Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Skills / Qualifications
Some venues may be within an education setting and require an enhanced DBS. Please let the recruiter know if you already hold one; if not, we will assist with this process. Relevant cookery qualifications, Level 3 food hygiene, a can‑do attitude, basic washing up and serving skills are required.
