Overview
Our new season has commenced, and we have multiple opportunities available for Match Day Retail Managers and Supervisors.
This flexible and active role places you in the heart of a match day and the stadium atmosphere, while allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.
This role requires experienced, passionate and committed managers to work at Burnley F.
You will lead your team to excel, ensure your operational area is fully stocked and equipped prior to service, and run briefings to prepare and motivate your team for the day ahead.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a shift team to deliver exceptional match day retail service.
Ensure your operational area is stocked and ready with the necessary equipment in a timely manner, considering guest numbers, service times, and targets.
Lead shift briefings, motivate the team, and encourage a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
