Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Prepare and deliver high-quality food Help manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation Support and supervise the kitchen team during service Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety Follow food safety, allergen management and Health & Safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role Level 2 Food Safety qualification (minimum requirement) Strong knowledge of food hygiene, safety and allergens Good leadership, organisation and communication skills A reliable, positive and professional approach Why Join Constellation?
