Constellation is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our catering team at a professional business and industry site in Bristol.
Enjoy regular weekday hours and an early finish, with the added flexibility to pick up extra shifts across the wider Compass portfolio, including weekends, events and other catering venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality food
- Manage your kitchen section and support smooth service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
- Follow recipes, manage stock and minimise food waste
- Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
What We're Looking For
- Previous Chef de Partie or similar kitchen experience
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification (minimum requirement)
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety and allergens
- A reliable, organised and positive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
