Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and hot drinks using bean-to-cup machines.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and ensure customers have a great experience.
- Assist with food preparation and service when required.
- Keep counters, equipment and service areas clean, tidy and hygienic.
- Replenish stock, cups, mugs and other supplies throughout the day.
- Check coffee machines and equipment are working correctly.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous Barista experience is essential.
- Confident preparing a variety of coffees and operating bean-to-cup machines.
- Able to work quickly and remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- Excellent timekeeping and a commitment to high standards.
- Comfortable standing and moving around throughout the shift.
