Constellation, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is hiring a Regional People Consultant for Villa Park in Birmingham. You will lead staffing across Retail, Culinary and BOH, manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for matchdays and major events.
The role is 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, primarily onsite with some evenings and weekend work. We value proactive problem-solving, strong relationship-building and compliance with food safety and right-to-work requirements.
