Job Description

Join Constellation, part of the Levy UK family, as a Kitchen Porter at Birmingham City FC and become an essential part of our back‑of‑house team.
We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional food and service on matchdays.
What you'll be doing
- Washing pots, pans, crockery and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and safe at all times.
- Assisting with kitchen cleaning duties before, during and after service.
- Taking in and organising deliveries.
- Supporting chefs with basic preparation and general kitchen duties when required.
- Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and work areas remain hygienic.
- Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
What we're looking for
You must be aged 18 or over.
- Previous kitchen porter or back‑of‑house experience is desirable but not essential.
- A good understanding of COSHH and safe working practices within a commercial kitchen.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude and excellent attention to cleanliness.
- Physically fit and happy to undertake manual handling as part of the role.
- This is a Matchday Position
Availability for the following fixtures is essential
- Friday 31st July
- Saturday 22nd August
... and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
