We're looking for passionate Chef de Parties to work in Birmigham
/n
From premium hospitality and fine dining to banqueting and street food concepts, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

- Run your section confidently during service.
/n
- Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards.
/n
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy services.
/n
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
/n
- Deliver quality, consistency and attention to detail.
/n
/n
/n
About You
/n
/n
- Previous experience of at least a year as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
/n
- Solid culinary knowledge and practical cooking skills.
/n
- Confident working independently within your section.
/n
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
/n
- Positive, reliable and able to perform under pressure.
/n
- DBS required. Where applicable, this will be arranged through chefs by constellation during onboarding
