Constantine is a leading international art logistics company for Private Collectors, Museums and Galleries. With over 130 years’ experience and worldwide recognition in fine art transportation, Constantine combines their unrivalled knowledge and expertise with the latest technical innovation in secure storage and project management.

The main purpose of the job: We are looking for a Project Assistant to provide expert services to Galleries, Institutions, and Private Clients both in the UK and Internationally. They will liaise with and support specific client accounts as allocated by the Team Leader. We are keen to hear from a diverse range of experience levels.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • To be an integral part of the Gallery and Collector Team focusing on providing a premium service.
  • Provide support to colleagues and junior members of the team.
  • A good knowledge of IT and shipping methods.
  • Provide quick but accurate responses to enquiries and estimate requests.
  • Maintain existing client base and build relationships with new clients.
  • You will be required to book transport, crate orders, liaise with agents, clients, airlines, shipping lines and other bodies within our industry.
  • Maintain files electronically in a clear and detailed order.
  • Projects to be managed and delivered within the time/budget constraints of the estimate provided, whilst keeping clients informed of any changes.
  • Ensure all work is handled in a confidential, professional, and consistent manner.
  • You will need to constantly plan your workload to meet deadlines.
  • In-house training will be provided.
  • There may be occasions where you will be required to be flexible with your working time depending on the project.

Normal working week is Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 hours. However, there may be flexibility to either 8-4 or 10-6 subject to approval from GM.
