About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic new Graduate to join our team in an entry level role, supporting the Marketing Manager and wider team with the following:

  • Monitoring social media accounts and responding to enquiries (Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Assisting with generating content – liaising with the appropriate departments to track upcoming potential opportunities and making the necessary arrangements.
  • Using Canva / Adobe InDesign to generate printed and electronic documents.
  • Assisting with filming and photography.
  • Responding to media enquiries.
  • Sourcing content for internal and external company newsletters.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the Constantine brand and adhering to company security policies.
  • Maintaining a calendar of upcoming events
  • Attending any private views and client visits as mutually agreed with your Coordinator/Manager
  • Working at times as may be reasonably required, besides the normal Mon – Fri core office hours.
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably delegated to you
  • Liaising with colleagues in both London and Scotland to meet marketing needs.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • A Marketing or Communications Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity

Desirable

  • Up to 1 year of experience in a marketing role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
  • Copywriting and content creation experience

Please note that this role is office based and the candidates must live within a comfortable commute of our South London office.
