About the role: We are looking for an experienced Fine Art Logistics Coordinator to join our Galleries team, supporting the Project Leader and wider team with the following:
- Liaising with Clients, both UK Registrars / Private lenders and International Agents / Museums, to ensure that a project is managed and delivered in time and within budget.
- Corresponding with all stakeholders in a timely, professional and courteous manner, representing the Company’s high standards.
- Assessing all elements of a project's requirement and to forward plan the relevant tasks, including the deadline/timeframe.
- Maintaining overall responsibility for the Project and ensuring all paperwork is complete.
- Preparation of Estimates, estimate revisions and invoicing.
- Ensuring Project information is uploaded onto our bespoke database.
Skills & Experience:
- Essential 1+ years of experience at a similar level within an arts logistics company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Please note that this role is office based and the candidates must live within a comfortable commute of our South London office.
