With over 130 years’ experience and worldwide recognition in fine art transportation, Constantine combines their unrivalled knowledge and expertise with the latest technical innovation in secure storage and project management.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Southeast London. This is a full-time, on-site position within a fast-paced, global logistics environment. The successful candidate will support the coordination of day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the smooth operations while delivering a high level of service to clients, internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including transport bookings and shipment monitoring.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and communicating effectively with Line Manager.
- Prepare, process, and maintain logistics documentation and records using our bespoke database (LEO).
- Liaise with the Ops team, Airport team, Warehouse team, Technicians, Estimates team and any other relevant department, as required, at all times maintaining effective and professional correspondence.
- Raise invoices as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Keep the client database up to date.
- Ensure compliance with relevant transport, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
- Support month-end activities, requiring flexibility with working hours when needed.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident dealing with clients and internal operational teams.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain desired.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with administrative and logistics systems.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
